Service Description
Verilabs Audit is a one-time Stripe revenue diagnostic service operated by JBMH LLC. Upon purchase, we perform a read-only analysis of your Stripe account and deliver a written report identifying revenue leakage patterns.
Payment and Refunds
The audit is $99 USD, charged once at purchase. If we connect to your Stripe account and find zero actionable issues, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of report delivery to audit@verilabs.dev.
Stripe OAuth Authorization
By purchasing, you authorize JBMH LLC to connect to your Stripe account via read-only OAuth for the sole purpose of generating your audit report. You may revoke this authorization at any time in your Stripe dashboard under Connected Applications.
No Warranty
The audit report reflects patterns found in your Stripe data at the time of analysis. We do not guarantee specific revenue recovery amounts. Results vary by business model, data completeness, and whether you act on the recommendations.
Limitation of Liability
JBMH LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the audit service is limited to the amount paid for the service ($99). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
